I think the pdoc will want to know what brings you to see him/her. Just as another doctor or a therapist would. They want to know why you are in their office. And then just describe your symptoms. If it wasn't your idea to see the pdoc, then say that too--my friend thought I should see a pdoc. Or my T thought I should come see you. You could say about feeling depressed and crying a lot and the hard thing with your friend. The pdoc will ask you questions to tell him/her what he/she needs to know in order to tell if he/she can help you. Also tell about the med you are on already. Hopefully, the pdoc will make this easy for you and guide you through it. Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.
