It went well. I'm glad I didn't have an agenda because she certainly did. We revisited some issues she wanted to revisit, which lead us to some new stuff, which helped us make progress on some old stuff. I was relieved to not have to tell her I had nothing to say... she just took over. I didn't know she had it in her, but I'm glad she does.
