Indie's OK,
It will be good for your brain to get back to learning and being productive. Once you get into a groove and get involved with being productive everyday your brain will feel happier. The lack of sleep at night is just apprehension, once you get in motion and you have gotten over training that will ease up. Try to consciously say to yourself that you dont have to analyze yourself so much anymore and you are ready for the change back to being productive and having a regular structure in your life again.
You have been wading in a pool of introspection for a while, time to dive in and swim again and enjoy the boyancy of becoming a part of growth and productive thinking.
When you go to bed at night picture yourself leaving that wading pool of sorting out your emotions and then picture yourself with your hands put together and you are now diving in and enjoying the sensation of the water lighten up your entire body and quencing
you with a new freedom. And think about feeling the lightness of the water caressing your body and arms and legs as everything about you becomes so much lighter and finally boyant.
