Sabrina & Queen,

There is a product called un-do. It's safe on any surface including photos. It's marketed for scrapbooking because you can't get tape or a sticker off of a photo without damaging it and most other solutions are too harsh for the photo. Not certain what makes this stuff work, but I use it all over the house. You can even remove a sticker, let it dry and then re-use it. That's why the scrapbookers love it, you don't waste the sticker, so if you get something a little crooked and you're OCD like me, you just HAVE to fix that so everything is right in your world again

Something I learned last year, after putting tar on my husband's hunting camper.....tar does not easily removed from your skin. I always believe that there IS a way to build a better mouse trap, therefore to my trusty internet I go to find a solution to remove tar. To my surprise(drum roll please) Avon's Skin So Soft!!!
I always have that in the house, so I went to the sink, SSS in tow, and the tar came off like washing off mud. No harsh scrubbing, and it leaves your hands so soft and managable..... ok, ok, even I admit that was lame. Just in case anyone has made it this far into my post without falling asleep, here is the link for the internet page that contain lists of other things that SSS can be used for:

You know what? They should just remove that 'post quick reply' button down there on my posts, 'cause evidently mine are never going to be quick ~ my apologies again. Hopefully you did find something useful out of this though.

Hey, maybe someone should start a thread for household tips. Queen~I know you've posted a few, for example the aluminum foil tabs. I think I'll go do that now, y'all join in and help me, I don't have much other than the sticky stuff.
