I've been concerned with how sluggish I am today as well - to the point of my co-workers asking if I'm ok.

Is there something in the atmosphere?
I drank a LARGE coke at break which didn't even touch the sluggishness. I've just been coming home from my "big 4 hours" at work and want to dive into bed.
Maybe I need a playmate. This time last year I felt the best I had felt in a long, long time. BUT I was eating VERY healthfully and taking weekly ballroom dancing lessons. Let me tell you, those are quite a workout.
