I would definitely try switching to non-latex condoms for awhile. I'd also nix the spermicide. I've read that it doesn't really have a huge impact on sperm, plus can cause irritation and sores (which, if you weren't monogamous could cause a problem because that aids the spread of STDs).

I did know someone who used Nova-Ring, and I never heard her complain about it. We never actually had a conversation about it, so I never heard her say anything positive about it either.
