I feel like cutting, i feel like creating something (pain, pleasure, control or lack of control). It does not matter. I will not cut, i will use PC to control my urges.
The members help control my urges to bleed. I fight hard to not.
Right now i am on fire inside and cutting is my release to stop myself thinking and to sleep.
I will not cut, i will use the energy of the urges to send my brain to sleep, and to relax ,my brain.
I will not cut tonight (oh dear 23;45), late.
I will get through with you're help.
