SSRI's and SNRI's don't kick in on me anymore, so if I were to go on an MAOI, I would have to stop taking Concerta, my ADD medication, because it would shoot my blood pressure sky-high.
If you are really suffering from depression and nothing else seems to be working, I would have to say give it a try. It just may get you out of your depression.
You will never know if you don't try.
