We saw T last night and it was good to be able to talk to him. But still confusing. We see him again on Saturday. H has us very confused, says he supports us but then wants things from us that hurt us - brings back bad memories and many triggers. He doesn't understand and T is trying to help me figure out how to explain it to him so he does. ugh, grrr.
So confused during the day, triggered by things that aren't there, seeing shadows come alive, and still trying to work. So confusing and scary and more scary and more confusing.
