A few things stick out to me from your post.
Eating when not hungry and the rapid weight loss.
What I would try (and actually, what I have to do too) is pick regular times to eat, hungry or not. It doesn't have to be much, even half a peanut butter sandwich. Eating at regular intervals will not only help your blood sugar, but it will also help regulate your appetite (or lack thereof.)
The other thing that I'd suggest is speaking to a registered dietician/nutritionist. I know that mine has been incredibly helpful in so many ways!
Don't let this slide, though, whatever you do. That much weight loss in that short of a time frame is really not good for your body at all, and could lead to more challenges down the road. A dietician, or at least your doctor, could help with the health piece.
