Only one cousin emailed me- about the 5th anniversary of my mother's
death. She was my only friend.
I am surprised since I send gifts and cards to them all when
there is a special occasion.
They always lay on the pressure when it is about a family event-"why don't
you go" and stern emails from cousins when it is about something in my
immediate family, they need to set boundaries.

I am left alone to deal with this terrible event in my life and one
cousin emails me. I let her know how thankful I was and she was the
only one.
I am getting hardened about it- What is family about again?
