You need to get checked out for schizophrenia or possibly Major Depression with auditory hallucinations (I don't know why there's a relationship but that's a real disorder). Anyway, I have OCD compulsions and Pure O and I don't hear voices, that isn't part of the spectrum. However, I will relate a similar experience that I had to yours. When I was in 12th grade I was under so much stress that my intrusive thoughts became a constant stream when I woke up each morning. I would literally hear my own voice rambling in my head as it does when you are thinking, about 5 - 10 subjects all at once, with each copy of my voice being distinct and having a clear train of thought. It was horrible and would last for about 30 - 40 minutes before I could calm down enough to think and go about getting ready. The thoughts would only subside to about 10% after about an hour and continue like that throughout the day. I failed physics for it (teacher gave me a W though).
