Having a fetish for blood isn't a bad thing as long as you are safe about it. I tried to pull up information on it specifically but wasn't able to without it being connected to vamprism or BDSM (which honestly I haven't heard much about blood fetish inside of the BDSM community without it linking back to vamprism or edge play, which breaks away from the standard safe sane consensual guidlines of BDSM, but edgeplay does contain bloodplay.)

The biggest thing is saftey saftey saftey. As long as you aren't hurting anyone or it isn't interfering with your quality of life then it's fine.
