Hobly818:
Hypnagogic hallucinations. This is really common, and sometimes a person who has difficulty sleeping, has sleep/wake disturbances or a sleep disorder will have them. Usually it is just whispers, or voices, but it can be much more (spiders, vortices in the ceiling, mimes... don't ask). Don't worry about it, but look it up and you'll feel better. Me, my brother, my grandmother, and my uncle all have this!

You are not crazy.

The other stuff:
However, OCD can definitely do the voices and annoying thoughts, especially repetitive ones. I was recommended cognitive behavioural therapy when I explained how annoyoing, unstoppable and repetitive and intrusive this stuff can be. I sometimes get a series of notes, meaningless notes, not even a song, over and over and over... I would sit up in bed with my fists against my head saying "stop, stop, stop!!!" Or be forced to think about things I REALLY did not want to think about (bad things happening to me or people I know, or myself doing things I didn't want to do or being afraid I wouldn't be able to NOT do something), or see things I really did not want to see (imagining accidents, or traumatic events), and hit myself in the head or talk out loud trying to stop it, in front of people before realizing where I was

I never did go for CBT, but I am medicated for other reasons which kind of cover it, thankfully!
Talk to your pdoc about that stuff for sure!
