My stress reliever is MUSIC! I have my Ipod stuck in my ears from the time I get up in the morning, until the time I go to bed.
If I am angry, I listen to angry music.
If I am stressed, I listen to calm music.
When I am sad, I listen to sad songs.
When I am happy, I listen to upbeat songs.
