Maybe shop at the "dollar store" for personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and deodorant. I know that there products aren't top of the line. At least you'll be clean. When things got tough here, I have had to even buy hair dye there. I am not working either and my family has pretty much shut me out. So my best friend has been helping me out. This makes me feel guilty but I am not in a position to hold a job. Hope this helps...
