Maybe you can both discuss the name together! If you bring this up with your T, it would be a huge step towards healing. It's not just about "stuffies"; it's about asking for what you want and need, believing that you deserve to be listened to and shown kindness to, and believing you are worthy of gifts, whether from your T or anyone else.
