No routine...Apart from trying to sleep around the same time every night, the most crucial thing, otherwise I end up with 5 hours sleep with some good 10-15 mins breaks throughout! But I seem to involuntarily fall into a routine anyway - and not the routine I would have chosen! So I'm trying to change that now and find some sort of loose structure...I am told this would help a lot with anxiety..Because even though I have no routine, if I knew I'd do a certain thing at a certain time and that changes, I get this feeling like I've missed a step going down the stairs! (or several steps :P ) Maybe because I have very few things to organise my scattered brain around and they get blown out of proportion...(sorry that ended up too long!)
