I'm doing very impulsive things, not good, but, when the thoughts come, I act out. I just got back to work, really want to keep my job, know I need quick help! Any suggestions? Right now I'm reaching out, later, I probably won't care. This mind of mine really sucks! Suicide is always at the top of my head, but, so is that's so wrong. Thanks for listening!

Since you sliced your stomach and you act out on your thoughts, I think you should go to the ER. Since suicide is always on your mind, please go to the ER or if you don't want to do that, please call a crisis hotline.
If you call a crisis hotline, they will talk to you and listen to you so you can get all your feelings out.
Why did your GP close your case?
