If you tell them you are suicidal and they see that you have SI they may have the case manager court order you to a hospital. That is what happened to me. (If you can show that you are not going to harm yourself/you are safe they won't ask about hospitalization) Also you should ask to be on a mood stabilizer if you have bp. I was always under the notion that they only prescribe anti-d's with mood stabilizers if you are stable. Anti-d's can have undesirable effects on someone who has bp.
