Yes, Yes, and Yes.

Excessive worry does make me sicker. It's something I've had to work on... a lot! Worrying never made anything better. Stressing over something just makes that something more important and worse. It's not an easy thing to let go of, but it's possible. Although, I sometimes backslide and freak out from time to time, but then I have a nice big panic attack and remember why I don't do that anymore.

So many of us are in the same boat. You are in no way alone or unique in these feelings.
