Thanks guys,
I am feeling slightly better.... not fully ok but ok enough to crack a smile for my family lol. I sat out in the sun today. I had a ex-colleague who called me. I spoke to her for about an hour. That made me feel really good as I was close to her when I was at work. She is studying mental health at uni so she was able to talk to me too. She was actually a wee life saver. I had been taking several anxiety attacks in the house yesterday.... I just couldn't calm down. I came on here and chatted to people which I am grateful for
