Havent self harmed for over 16 months.
All i want to do it cut right now, i'm on lamictal for bipolar and my head all fuzzy and i dont know how i feel.
I'm going to be in a situation in 2 months, where i will have to wear a swimming costume so, thats stopping me do it, but it feels like an ache and a need within me and i just want it to go away.
