No matter where people are there will always be clicks and a bit of a soap opera.
You have to make up your mind not to worry about others talking about you, for all you know they could think your a hot guy, and don't laugh, that does happen.

When you get older that stuff doesn't matter on the scheme of things. Glad to hear you are getting into the groove of the job. A new school? Well you will do fine there too, after all, you are going there for yourself, to improve yourself.

Just keep yourself busy and don't worry about others, they are just so not important.
If they talk, let them, they have nothing better to do.
