What the hell? Am I the only one around here that can do anything?

I am working, which I havent done in 8 months due to my depression, OCD and panic disorder. I am trying to get things straight with the settlement on the house in TX, still paying bills there, all the bills here in VA, three kids, 2 dogs and a hubby who apparently cant do %#@&#!
