Just wanted to give ya one of these
and ohh how important it is that you can still see the sky-keep looking up and never down into that hole! This sounds like a lot of pain and feeling alone in it-just know we are thinking about ya and think you are doing amazing work and it sounds like there are pathways to healing that are being uncovered-hang in there!!
