yes its hard to get over some constants in your life, like kitten said, distraction is a great way to get back to normal. thinkng and doing things you like to do with people who make u comfortable is a sure way to get your brain to stop focussing on depressive thoughts. maybe a pat from a friend or laugh over silly things with buddies can lift your spirits. enjoy the moment of being your own person almost like spring cleaning.
be sure to vent out your feelings in words on a paper if u cant find an understanding friend to express your feelings to. bottling them up and pretending it'll go away will only cause all of it to spill over someway someday.believe this world has more to offer in terms of hapiness than you can think of now.
trying to find it in everything u see and do will give you the greatest rush in life almost similar to the rush of being in love. hang in there.......hugs........:-)
