I'm not sure if it's possible or not! LOL I don't think I've ever had just ONE emotion!
But what you describe sounds horrible. Can you get some therapy? It would be great if you could talk to a counselor and try to work your way thru some of these emotions -- find out what's causing all the chaos. When I have a bunch of "voices" or emotions going on, I have to kind of meditate to find out what the biggest problem is. I learned this thru counseling -- to try to weed thru everything that's bothering me, and "rank" it according to importance.
