Hmmm...I've done so many things. The part I hate is not remembering. I wrote a crazy letter about how I spoke to God and this gospel singer the night before I was admitted it the hospital. In my letter I said God and this gospel singer told me to stop my medicine and I told my friend I preferred cutting over taking my meds. Basically, mania causes me to be noncompliant with my meds. I'm starting to learn the warning signs of mania, however it seems so logical at the time.
