(((lunar))) I've been seeing my T for 3 1/2 years and my T hasn't 'kicked me out' . T told me that it was up to me when I was done. She also felt however that I now don't need to continue therapy as there is nothing 'wrong with me' however she wasn't going to kick me out. My goal was to stop going in May but things popped up for me and took a while to 'wrap things up'.

I feel I have the skills to 'move on' but I will miss her deaply and someday perhaps I will find myself back in therapy again (fingers crossed and god willing I never have to). Therapy has been so bittersweet for me. I will always love my T but I'm happy to move on at the same time. Goodbye's are sooooooooooo soooooooo painful.
