I was feeling so very down last night..much like you were...I went on line with a therapist and she helped very much even though she didn't know me very well..

At the end, she told me that I was "cherished"...even though I don't know it and don't feel it. Somehow, it resonated...

I've "read" you and "heard" you before...you have a wonderful heart.

You are "cherished".

I hope you hear that too. I will simply pass it along and pay it forward today...it is a wonderful thing to hear..and to say. Best of all, I mean it.
