When I was able to spend days with my family at the beach. We are planning on going this weekend, and if my boss changes my schedule so that I'm working on Saturday, screw it. I'm not going in, d@mmit, I want to spend the day with my family!
Does your tension and anxiety just take the life out of you? Work is all I can concentrate on, all day long. I don't want it to affect my schoolwork.
I'm sorry if I sound ungreatful or whiny...I don't know what to think. I'm just tired...............I want T right now but don't feel so bad as to "need" her, you know?
Does anyone know what I mean?

Oh my goodness, YES. Anxiety wears me out more than spending a day in constant motion. But, for me, it does change from time to time. My anxiety is truly "based" on what my mood is doing, but I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety when I was 6 years old. But to help combat the fatigue, I actually take B12. It's a vitamin that works really well with your metabolism. It's NOT like caffeine though (thank goodness). It just feels like you're able to get more accomplished b/c of the "extra energy", but it doesn't have the harsh effects of caffeine. Now granted, B12 is not a miracle vitamin. It's not going to make all the fatigue go away or anything of the sorts; it just makes it a little more bare able. But when you take it, put it under your tongue and let it dissolve b/c your stomach can't break it down. If you want to check with your psychiatrist, you can, but B12 is just a vitamin that we consume on a daily basis (mostly).
