I know that feeling!  I think though you can keep it in mind, but not act upon it. You are quite young yet...and while this feels great for now, don't solidify it because the real soul mate might still be in the future. There can be many more
"feelings" in this groove to come, don't limit yourself so young, please!
I recall finding my soul mate... but alas I was already with someone else that was a "permanent" relationship. I couldn't pursue him.
