You're not whining, just stating your feelings. I know it's the hardest thing to talk about T triggering you, but it's probably the most productive and healing for you. When I felt so bad after the hug from my T last week, I knew I had to tell her even though it was SHE who caused it. But it's not really about our T; it's about others in our life, so talking about it will definitely help.
You have drawings to show your feelings? That's great! I hope you can share what you're feeling tomorrow, at least some of it.
