I have had migraines without headache but at first I didn't know it was a migraine till I explained to someone what was happening. When I learned that the reason I couldn't see was not life threatening but merely a blocking of the light I was relieved but I was always curious as to why there was not headache. If I went to sleep it helped considerably. I have since learned that the headaches can be part of DID and can coincide with a change from one alter to another and for other reasons. I don't remember having an eeg or mri for this but it may be something to look into. Thanks
