I don't know; I'd try to think of something that's about her alone; blue eyes and blonde hair aren't that unique? You "do cute things for her" so she gave you a cute name, what does she do for you? She could be your "Cuddle Bunny" or "Swedish Fox" (blonde and blue eyed :-) but since she calls you an animal name, I'd do something "parallel" if only so you can buy her stuffed animals and other things with that animal representation?
