again, ((((((((everyone)))))))))) thank you so much.

a good little update...

i think we're turning his anxiety of being in trouble around pretty quickly while here. today, for example, me and him were dancing and i had to do a few things. he continued dancing with the back scratcher (LOL) and in his excitement released it and it went across the room. immediately he stopped with a scared look and said, "it was an accident mom" and dropped his head to get ready to cry. i put my hand up and VERY softly said, "yes, it was an accident and EVERYONE is fine" with a smile. he didn't cry! even two days ago he would've bawled. this is good.

later we'll talk about being careful with the backscratcher. i just wanted the focus on it being fine for the moment. if i would've said anything more than that, it would've validated his fear.

oh, just now, he was rolling off the couch (he's a little boy) and spilled his toys and i just looked to make sure he was ok and said nothing. he came up and got in my face and said, "that's ok? you're not mad, mom?" i said, "no, honey, i'm not mad. we'll pick it up together." he felt comfortable enough to say, "no, you can pick it up." LOLOL.

it's going to be a fine line in letting him know that it's all alright, and not allowing for what is not alright. however, unless it's something dangerous, everything is just alright right now.

he's been so increasingly showing this behavior of anxiety and people being "mean and mad" for about the last three weeks....coinciding with daddy not doing well. i'd been watching closely as i was picking up on the change. when i saw it increasing, i knew and acted.

thank you all so much again.

Now, please pray for warm weather!
