My heart was feeling like it was racing and now with the medication~ Lopressor~ it feels more calmed down thats basically all I was trying to say.

I found out just a bit ago that my overall cholesterol averaged out great!Its at 157 average! I am very happy with that! And so is my doctor. The only number that was a bit high is the Triglyceride at 181. So I will have to work on that. But in all honesty. I do eat good things . lots of fruit and veggies, minimal beef and pork , lots of chicken , whole wheat pasta and other product and bread when I eat bread. Now I should get the results of the Echo tomorrow or Thursday hopefully. And will let you all know what is up with that then. Thanks for your concern and well wishes again. I so appreciate it.
