I just stopped my medications 1week ago I had 2 see my gp 4 anather matter,he said I was hypermanic as id said how I felt like jesus christ and wanted to heal the world with peace love and happiness. I have not been sleeping much at all mayb 3hrs a night then im off again ive got lots of ideas goind off in my head like a million lightbulbs switching on it feels great after being severly depressed for 8mths. My gp said I need to be under mental health care again should I do this and am I really hypermanic / thanks
