I'm usually very much afraid of maintaining eye contact, but the way my T commands mine, it seems rude when I stare at the floor. Even though she intimidates me (walking contradiction, anyone?)
I try my best to maintain eye contact, as she does with me... but when I'm saying something distressing, I look around, or at the floor.
As far as talking with my hands, I was concerned with my body language for the first session, and then I realised I mimicked hers... So I sit back and cross one leg and lean on one of the arms.
