Talk to your T about your worries. Also know that mindfulness is meant to be learned over time. Very little steps at a time. Not all at once. You don't need to worry about getting it all or doing it all. You can start with things like taking one deep breath. And that is a success. Then you may progress to two or three deep breathes. You can take it as slowly as you want if
you
decide to go forward with it. Your T isn't trying to get rid of you, even if it feels like it.
