(This is a concept I learned at a business workshop when we were learning how to be open to other's ideas. By doing this, we often found positive aspects of the other's idea; it opens up the mind to possibilities.)

i just wish i had perfect words to use so i can talk and she doesnt hate me.

.i do think i am scaring myself with my thoughts and by looking things up.i need to stop i had a really bad day yesterday.it all kind of spun out of controle starting with work.i am going to try today to just relax and not judge.thanks for the links i will look at them after i am done responding
