Hi my thoughts race all the time however when I go to bed that's when it becomes worse as there are nothing to distract me.
In fact I dread bed time,because of this reason and also because I have re occurring nightmares or dreams that I think are real the following morning.
So what I do now is I take my mobile to bed and read the forums on here,talk about whatever I need to such as any worries I have that day etc until my eyes are so tired I just need to sleep.
I call it my 'ME' time lol.
It works for me and helps answer my questions and understand my mental health a little better, so maybe you could give it a go? No harm in trying.
I do take sleeping pills but they do nothing unfortunately.
I do hope you find a way to relax when you go to bed.
