I can remember way back, as a little kid, unable to sleep because my mind kept going, going, going. By third or fourth grade I started making up dialogues. Of course I'd be playing both parts, but somehow that slowed me down & I was able to sleep. Quit working by college; then I'd have to physically wear myself out if I were to have a chance of sleeping much.

But during the day? No, not so bad.
