I had been doing well for a couple of weeks and last night I just could not cope. I si'ed ie cutting. I wanted to do more but I made myself go to sleep and that helped for last night. Hopefully I won't do it again tonight. No one knows that I did it except my mom. I told her at church. I just can't handle these emotions right now,
