just take it one step at a time and remember to breathe. take a little time for yourself, even if it means hiding away in an empty bathtub behind the shower curtain so no one can find you. just sit in there for about five minutes and give yourself a chance to close your eyes and just breathe.
i imagine that you have been through times like this before and have been successful. what strenghts did you use then? remember these feelings are fleeting. in time, they will go away. i think if you look back, you will see that in similar situations the feelings did pass eventually and you made it through. you did, because you are here now. you have the skills to cope. you are stonger than you think you are. you made it thru in the past and you will make it thru again. take the steps to do what you can do and feel powerful in that. dont let the other stuff get you down. keep your focus on where you have power. and know that you will make it through.
