Well hun, I've been through a similar situation with my father, and everyone who surrounded me told me the same thing, you're his child. Eventually he will come around and explain everything when he is ready. You are spending all your time chasing after him, give him his space, and try contacting him in the future. For now continue with your life. It sounds easier said then done, and I'm sure you are very hurt right now, but there's no sense in wasting your time trying to contact someone who doesn't want to talk with you. Be patient, and let him come around. Blood is thicker then water, and although it hasnt seemed that way in your story of the past, it's true. You're father loves you, as any parent would love their own flesh and blood.
