I'm sorry (((Indie))) - this must be so upsetting and I'm upset just reading what happened. I know vets are very expensive. What does your mom say? Would she be willing to go above your dad's head and take your dog tomorrow?? I know you're working and maybe you could offer to pay for the vet bill. Kicking a dog in animal abuse and your dog didn't want to stay still because his tail is in pain. I feel so sorry for you and your dog.
