Thank you so much for your sweet and helpful note. My eating disorder had been in check for years and years....and now it has reared it's ugly head. I have a lot to deal with emotionally which I am doing with a spiritual therapist who is fabulous....so much has been revealed. I also have a psychiatrist, and am on many meds. I have had a difficult time with meds....and for now feel that I am on the best I can be.
I must run as I have some errands to do...then am going to visit my Dad and his wife. Take care and thank you.
