Bless your heart -- I know how those "voices" in your head can keep telling you that it's hopeless. But it's NOT.
Why not try a psychologist? Get some therapy, and see what it causing all these horrible feelings? I've been depressed since I was a child, and have been in and out of therapy for years. I've been taking an antidepressant for many years as I'm clinically depressed. It has helped me immensely -- as did therapy.
You aren't alone -- there are MANY of us 'out here' that suffer from depression too. Just taking that FIRST STEP to getting help can seem like climbing a mountain -- but it's important and you'll feel better about yourself once you make that call for an appointment.
